LOGISTICS POLICY

Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Ghana.
Delivery timeline:
  • Urban areas in Ghana: 12 – 15 business days
  • Non-urban / remote areas in Ghana: 15 – 20 business days
Orders placed outside our normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Our business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Ghana.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  2. Package lost or missing as confirmed by the courier company
  3. Delivery delays caused by bad weather, road conditions, or natural disasters
  4. Any other force majeure events that affect normal logistics and delivery

Return Shipping Cost Policy

  1. If the return is caused by our responsibility, we will cover the full return shipping fee.
  2. If you return or exchange the product for personal reasons / no specific reason, you shall be responsible for all return and exchange logistics fees in full.

Definition of “Our Responsibility”

The following cases are regarded as our liability, and we bear the return shipping cost:
  1. Product quality issues
  2. Wrong item shipped by us
  3. Item damaged during logistics transit (you are required to provide valid damage evidence so we can claim compensation from the logistics insurance provider)
  4. Other special reasons must be clearly stated and confirmed via email with our support team
